Who is responsible for your data?
Clear Voice by h, an EURL with its registered office at 612 avenue Maréchal Foch, 83000 Toulon, France, represented by Helene Marche, managing director. Contact: helene@clearvoicebyh.com.
What data is collected?
This website has no user accounts and no sign-up forms. The only data collected is the information you choose to share when you contact me or request a diagnostic call, by email, WhatsApp, phone or online booking tool: first and last name, email address, phone number, company, job title and the content of your message.
Why is it used?
- To answer your requests and arrange your diagnostic call (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- To deliver and follow up training and coaching services (performance of a contract).
- To meet my legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Who can access it?
Only Helene Marche, along with strictly necessary technical providers: the website host (Netlify), the professional email service (Google Workspace) and, where applicable, the online booking tool. Some of these providers are located outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long is it kept?
Data about people who contact me without becoming clients is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. Client data is kept for the duration of our relationship, then archived for the period required by law, notably ten years for accounting records.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Fonts are hosted directly on the website, so no browsing data is shared with third parties for tracking purposes.
